ITM SLS Baroda University offers a range of scholarships on the basis of academic merit for students. ITM SLS Baroda University focuses on providing support and maintaining equal educational opportunities for all candidates.

Eligibility Criteria for ITMBU Scholarships

ITM University Scholarships for General Category candidates:

• Course: Diploma Engg/Arch
• Eligibility: More than or equal to 80 percentile in Std. 10
• Amount: 50% of the Tuition fee
• Course: B. Tech/B. Arch
• Eligibility: More than or equal to 80 percentile in Std. 12
• Amount: 50% of the Tuition fee
• Course: B Tech (D2D)
• Eligibility: More than or equal to 65 percent in Diploma
• Amount: 50% of the Tuition fee

ITM University Scholarships for SC/ST Category candidates:

• Course: Diploma Engg/Arch
• Eligibility: No criteria
• Amount: 100% of the Tuition fee
• Course: B. Tech/B. Arch
• Eligibility: No criteria
• Amount: 100% of the Tuition fee
• Course: B Tech (D2D)
• Eligibility: No criteria
• Amount: 100% of the Tuition fee

ITM University Scholarships for Minority (Muslim, Sikh, Parsi, Jain, Christian & Buddhist) candidates:

• Course: Diploma Engg/Arch
• Eligibility: More than or equal to 50 percentile in Std. 10
• Amount: Up to 50% of the Tuition fee, depending on the merit list
• Course: B. Tech/B. Arch
• Eligibility: More than or equal to 50 percentile in Std. 12
• Amount: Up to 50% of the Tuition fee, depending on the merit list
• Course: B Tech (D2D)
• Eligibility: More than or equal to 50 percent in Diploma
• Amount: Up to 50% of the Tuition fee, depending on the merit list

ITM SLS Baroda University also offers various scholarships based on marks achieved in class 12th for B.Tech, B.Arch, and M.Arch students. Students need to submit their 12th class mark sheets to apply for scholarships. Students receive the scholarship amount as per their academic performance:

• Students with 75% marks to 79.99% marks will receive 10,000 INR.
• Students who have scored 80% to 89.99% marks will get 20,000 INR.
• Students will receive a full waiver of tuition fee if they score 90% and above. 

ITM University offers fee relaxation of INR 25,000 per year to B.Arch and Diploma Architecture students scoring CPI of 6.0 from the 2nd year onwards. The students who will take admission in B.Tech 1st year, B.Tech D2D (all branches), B.Arch, M.Arch, and belonging to SC/ST category will benefit from free transportation till their course completion.
