Yes, with 73.6% marks in class 12, you are certainly eligible for applying for the B.Tech CSE course at ITS Engineering College. Though for admission you must also have a valid JEE Main score, based on which the selection will be made. You will have to report to the Registrar's Office with an allotment letter issued by JEE in favour of ITS Engineering College.
