Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology B.Tech in Civil Engineering Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a B.Tech degree at Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology, Bhubaneswar, candidates must have completed their 10+2 examination with a minimum of 60% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics. Additionally, candidates must have a valid score in the KIITEE (Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology Entrance Examination) or any other national level engineering entrance exam such as JEE Main. Placement: The university boasts a high placement rate (around 80-85%), but the jobs tend to be with mass recruiters or startups, offering salaries in the range of 15-20 thousand rupees. While internships are provided in the first two years during the summer.
Infrastructure: Our college boasts excellent facilities, including well-equipped classrooms and ample parking for everyone. Committed to sustainability, we also prioritize eco-friendly practices. Plus, there's a variety of indoor games to keep you entertained.
Faculty: The professors are encouraging and well-credentialed, providing us with valuable research experience. They use hands-on teaching methods, and we analyze research articles to gain practical knowledge.
Hostel: While the hostel does shut down for cleaning from 11am to 2pm daily, the owners are pretty relaxed about it. Just let them know beforehand if you need access during that time. They'd rather have you out exploring with friends anyway! Hostel life has definitely been a transformative experience for me.
