Kalvium Coimbatore admission 2026 is now open for its B.Tech in Computer Science Engineering (CSE), which is the only course offered by the institute. Admission is based on the Kalvium National Entrance Test (KNET). Students do not need JEE scores, and there is no management quota. Kalvium offers a unique work-integrated B.Tech programme at its SNS Kalvi Nagar campus in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. It also works with more than 20 partner universities across India.
The KNET 2026 exam is conducted in multiple phases. Currently, Phase 1 admissions are open as of April 2026. The test is conducted online and can be taken from home. It has two stages – a psychometric test and a 2-hour aptitude test. Students who pass both stages are invited for a face-to-face interview before final admission.
The Kalvium Coimbatore campus is located at SNS Kalvi Nagar, Sathy Main Road (NH-209), Vazhiyampalayam, Saravanampatti. Students who complete the course receive a B.Tech degree from a NAAC-accredited partner university, approved by UGC and AICTE. The total fee for the 4-year B.Tech programme at Kalvium Coimbatore is around INR 8 lakhs.
To apply for Kalvium Coimbatore B.Tech CSE admission 2026, candidates must pass Class 12 or hold a Diploma. After that, they need to qualify in the Kalvium National Entrance Test (KNET). JEE Main scores are not required for admission.

It also does not follow the JEE exam pattern or the school syllabus.
Mock tests are available for all registered KNET candidates on the admissions portal. Students can use these mock tests to understand the exam format and practice before the actual test. The KNET exam can only be taken on a PC or laptop and is not supported on mobile devices. If a student does not have a working webcam, they can use the DroidCam app to convert their mobile phone into a webcam.
