MBA admission requires graduation in any discipline with a minimum of 50% marks, along with a valid CAT, MAT, or XAT score followed by a Personal Interview.

BBA is open to 10+2 students from any stream on a merit basis. BCA requires 10+2 with Mathematics. Both are offered for 3 years.

A few points to note: Non-Haryana students must submit a migration certificate at the time of reporting. Haryana domicile candidates get priority in state quota seats. SC/ST candidates may get percentage relaxation as per Haryana State norms. Students appearing in Class 12 in 2026 can also apply.

KIIT Gurgaon Admission Process 2026

Getting admission to KIIT Gurgaon depends on which course you are applying for. B.Tech admission is entirely counselling-based through HSTES 2026 — there is no separate KIIT entrance exam for B.Tech. For MBA, the college holds a personal interview (PI) after shortlisting based on CAT/MAT/XAT scores. M.Tech admissions follow GATE score-based shortlisting and PI.

KIIT Gurgaon B.Tech Admission Process 2026

B.Tech admission at KIIT COE Gurgaon is done through the Haryana State Technical Education Society (HSTES) counselling, based on JEE Main 2026 All India Rank. Here is the step-by-step process:

  • Appear in JEE Main 2026 (Session 1 or Session 2) and get your All India Rank (AIR).
  • Register on the HSTES portal (techadmissionshry.gov.in) between May 6 and June 19, 2026. Pay the HSTES counselling registration fee: INR 1,000 for General and INR 700 for Reserved categories. Haryana residents must link their PPP ID during registration.
  • Complete online verification of your marks and documents on the HSTES portal within the specified window.
  • Fill your institute and branch choices on the HSTES portal during the choice-filling window (from June 10, 2026). Select KIIT College of Engineering as your preferred institution and rank your branch preferences.
  • Lock your choices before the deadline. You can modify choices until the locking date.
  • HSTES releases the Round 1 seat allotment result on June 19, 2026. Check your allotment using your counselling number on the portal.
  • If allotted a seat at KIIT COE, report to the college physically between June 22 and June 25, 2026. Carry all original documents listed in the documents section below.
  • Pay the semester fee at the institute to confirm your seat.
  • If not allotted in Round 1, participate in Round 2 counselling (July 2026). The HSTES portal will display vacant seats after Round 1 for Round 2 choice filling.
  • KIIT also accepts direct institute-level applications for B.Tech in cases of management quota or vacant seats. Apply through www.kiit.in in that case.

KIIT Gurgaon M.Tech Admission Process 2026

  • M.Tech admission at KIIT COE Gurgaon is based on GATE 2026 score. The GATE 2026 examination has already been conducted. Here is the process for M.Tech:
  • Get your GATE 2026 scorecard. KIIT accepts GATE scores in CSE and ECE for the M.Tech programme.
  • Apply directly through the college's official website (www.kiit.in) or visit the admissions office at the Gurugram campus.
  • Submit your GATE scorecard, graduation marksheets, and other required documents for shortlisting.
  • Shortlisted candidates are called for a Personal Interview (PI) at the KIIT campus.
  • Final selection is based on GATE score and PI performance. A merit list is prepared and admission offers are sent.
  • Pay the admission fee to confirm your seat.

KIIT Gurgaon MBA Admission Process 2026

MBA admission at KIIT COE Gurgaon is based on valid scores in CAT, MAT, or XAT. The institute offers a 2-year full-time MBA with 60 seats. The process is as follows:

  • Appear in CAT 2025 / MAT / XAT 2026 and get your valid scorecard.
  • Apply through www.kiit.in between June 12 and July 12, 2026. Fill the online application form with accurate details.
  • Upload your graduation marksheets, entrance exam scorecard, and other required documents.
  • KIIT COE shortlists candidates based on entrance exam scores.
  • Attend the Personal Interview (PI) on the KIIT campus in Gurugram.
  • Final merit list is based on entrance exam score + PI performance. Admission offer letter is sent to selected candidates.
  • Pay the MBA fee to confirm your seat. 50% of total seats are filled based on qualifying exam merit; the remaining 50% are filled based on entrance exam rank.
