The State of Haryana has decided to make admissions to B.Tech. Programme on the basis of the national level entrance test (AIEEE). In order to reduce the stress and financial burden of multiple tests, it has been decided not to conduct a separate State Entrance Test (CEET) for admissions to all the seats of B.Tech. courses offered by the Govt./Govt. aided/ University department/ self fi nancing institutions located in the State of Haryana. All the seats will be filled on the basis of merit of the test of AIEEE conducted by CBSE. The website of the AIEEE is http./www.aieee.nic.in/procedure.htm.

Eligibility Criteria: Candidates having passed 10+2 examinations with Physics, and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with any one of the optional subjects i.e. Chemistry/ Biology/ Computer Science/Biotechnology & appeared in the AIEEE examination.

Reservation: As notified by the Haryana State Counseling Society from time to time.

Fee Structure: As per State Fee Committee, Govt. of Haryana.

KIIT Gurgaon Admission 2024 - Important Dates

M.Tech. in CSE

KIIT College of Engineering offers a 2- year programme of studies leading to the award of M.Tech. degree in Computer Science & Engineering(CSE). The master’s level course in technology takes the student to a greater technical dept in the chosen discipline and opens the doors to the higher techno-managerial, research and teaching positions. After completing the masters programme in CSE, the student can aspire for technical cum managerial jobs in design, architecture, H/W-S/W related problem solving, research and other fields that require greater technical understanding, innovation and creativity.

Apart from the final semester dissertation, the course curriculum for CSE includes System Software, Mathematical Foundations of Computer Science, Knowledge-Based System Design, Advanced DBMS, System & Network Administration, Mobile & Wireless Communications, Resource Management in Computer Systems, Analysis & Design of Algorithms, Practical Lab work and a choice of Three Electives.

Minimum Eligibility Criteria:- B.E./B.Tech. or equivalent degree in Computer Science & Engineering/Computer Engineering/Information Technology/Electronics & Communication Engineering/Electronics Engineering/Electrical & Electronics Engineering/Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering/Electrical Engineering or Master of Computer Applications (MCA) or M.Sc. (Computer Science/IT/Software) or M.Sc. (Maths.) or M.Sc. (Physics) with at least 50% (45% for SC candidates of Haryana) marks in aggregate.

M.Tech. in ECE

KIIT College of Engineering also offers a 2-year programme of studies leading to the award of M.Tech. degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE). The master’s level course in technology takes the student to the greater heights in the chosen discipline and opens the door to the higher techno-managerial, research and teaching positions. After completing the masters programme in ECE the student can aspire for technical and managerial jobs in integrated communication systems engineering, chip design, and research in areas of communications such as antennas, signal propagation, electromagnetic spectrum optimization and other fields that require greater technical understanding, innovation and creativity.

Apart from the final semester dissertation, the course curriculum includes Advanced Microprocessor & Micro Controllers, Satellite & Space Communication Information & Communication Theory, Advanced Digital Signal processing, Electronics System Design, Optical Communication, VLSI Design, Wireless Mobile Communication, Neural Networks & fuzzy Logic, CDMA System, lab work and a choice of three electives.

Minimum Eligibility Criteria:- B.E./B.Tech or equivalent degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering/Electronics Engineering/Electrical & Electronics Engineering / Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering/Electrical Engineering/Instrumentation & Control Engineering or M.Sc. (Electronics) or M.Sc. (Physics) with Electronics specialisation with at least 50% (45% for SC candidates of Haryana) marks in aggregate.

Admissions shall be made on the basis of the inter-se merit of the highest composite score obtained by a candidate in any of the four valid MAT conducted by AIMA in the month of September, December, February, and May. The unique rank shall be assigned on the basis of the highest composite score obtained by a candidate. The counseling shall be done according to the unique rank assigned to the candidate. In order to participate in MBA counseling it is mandatory for every candidate to register himself/ herself through counseling at www.hscs.org and www.tehadmissions.gov.in. Eligibility Criteria & Minimum Academic Qualifications (Qualifying Examination)

Should pass with at least 50% marks (45% in case of candidate belonging to reserved Category i.e. SC category) in Bachelor’s or Post Graduate Degree in any discipline from a recognized university or an examination recognized as equivalent thereto by KU, Kurukshetra, Maharshi Dayanand University, Rohtak, Guru Jambheshwar the University of Sc. & Technology Hissar, CCS HAU, Hissar, DCR University of Sc. & Technology, Murthal and Ch. Devilal University, Sirsa.

Or

Should pass with at least 50% marks(45% in case of candidate belonging to reserved Category i.e., SC category) in final examination conducted by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India/ Institute of Costs and Works Accounts of India/ Institute of Company secretaries of India.
