Hostel rooms are allotted on a first come first served basis. Mess charges and GST must be paid through demand draft or the prescribed online mode. The hostel mess serves four meals a day, including breakfast, lunch, tea, and dinner, with both vegetarian and non vegetarian options. International students also have access to Thai, Chinese, and continental food.
How to Pay KL University Fees?
KL University Guntur fee payment is done online through the official ERP portal at kluniversity.in or the student payment portal. The university accepts net banking, debit card, credit card, UPI, and demand draft. The steps below explain the online payment process:
- Visit kluniversity.in and click on Student Login for enrolled students or Admissions for new applicants.
- Log in using your Application Number / Enrollment Number and date of birth or password.
- Go to the Fee Payment section in the student dashboard.
- Select the semester and confirm the fee amount shown. Semester 1 includes the merit fee and admission fee, while later semesters include only the merit fee.
- Select your payment mode such as net banking, debit or credit card, UPI, or demand draft payable to ‘KL Deemed to be University’.
- Complete the payment and download the official fee receipt.
The application fee of INR 1,000 is non refundable and must be paid separately at the time of application submission. An SBI branch and loan facility are available on campus. Students applying for education loans can request a fee receipt from the Accounts section for documentation.
