Hindu College of Engineering and Technology (HCET) is a private engineering college, located in Guntur (Amaravati Road) Andhra Pradesh. The college was established in the year of 2001 by Hindu College Committee with the vision of imparting best knowledge of technology and engineering education. Hindu College was established in 1934, and it is one of the reputed and oldest colleges in Guntur. Even though Hindu College (Guntur) was in existence since 1934, Hindu College of Engineering & Technology was established in 2001.
Hindu College of Engineering & Technology is affiliated to Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Kakinada (JNTUK). Overall: College infrastructure and lecturers are good but college hostel facilites are worst otherwise all is well, nice atmosphere in college and canteen thank you
Placement: No placements but overall good college but our vice principal sir said from this year we have placements and study good as you reach your goal and life achievements
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is very nice and this country have great engineers but infrastructure not needed education skills and knowledge are important so infrastructure is the thing fools the students
Faculty: Faculty are good and friendly tells you the ethics,respect and responsibilities and encouraging the students talents and tells a lesson very briefly and understanding.
Hostel: Yes hostel facility but bed and rooms are nice and good but food is low quality and daily Papu fry so we enjoy to eat with friends but sometimes and Papu is bad smelling
