The town spreads over from Damodar River basin on the south and Barakar River basin on the north and is surrounded by the hills of Manbhum areas on the south-western part. At present NCC is running in Kulti College for both Boys anq Girls .Total Unit Strength is 30 In every Academic year ,available vacancies are filled up through selection procedure amongst admitted students(Boys & Girls) and they get enrolled as 1ft year NCC cadets.

The college has a well-equipped infrastructure, including spacious classrooms, a library, a computer lab, a canteen, a conference hall, and a playground. The college also has a hostel facility for the students who come from distant places. The college maintains a clean and green environment, where the students can enjoy their academic activities.
