LNCT starts to train the students very early on for their placement drive so that they can perform well. 

LNCT has tied up with Coursera under the LNCT LEARNING ROGRAMME – 2021, where students are provided with various certification courses, developing their skill sets . Licenses are granted to students and faculty members for getting trained and certified from International Universities across the world. LNCT has tied up with Courses under the LNCT LEARNING ROGRAMME – 2021Coursera is used as a platform by Students where courses on 5 Technologies that are C/C++, database, data structure, networking and web technology based on Industry specific curriculum are learnt over virtual platforms.

The training for the placement drive of 2022 begins in the last year and the companies start visiting the campus from the month of September. As LNCT has many strategic partnerships with top MNCs around the country the campus drive is going to be more profitable for the students of this institute.

As per the latest data, LNCT had good placement drive in the year 2021 with B.Tech field getting the most offers. Many of the companies also hired MBA and ME students for leadership positions as they had both operational and managerial knowledge about a specific domain. The M.Pharm department at LNCT saw many hospitality industries taking students as well.
