This Institute is being promoted keeping the above cardinal principles in view Academic excellence, in serene calm environment, state of the art laboratories equipped with all facilities, are its hall mark. Internet facility is available to students through a dedicated leased line of 42 MBPS with optical fibre backbone.  All labs in the Institute are on LAN and WiFi. All campuses are WiFi enabled.The library has a well rounded collection of 39,465 volumes of books divided into 4,153 titles.

MIT provides on campus accommodation for students. Separate hostels for girls and boys are available in campus. The hostels are well equipped and rooms are furnished with single / double / triple / quadruple occupancy and Internet connectivity. Rooms are furnished with beds, mattresses, study table, wardrobe. Mess functions under the control of students on co-operative basis.
