The Department of Placement & Training at MLA Academy of Higher Learning helps the students get placements through proper planning, training and guidance. The recruiting organisations visit the institute, conduct pre-placement talks and also give presentations to the students so that they get to learn more about the companies and the functioning of the corporate world.

Students are also given guidance and training so that they can work on their CV, improve their communication skills. Aptitude tests, group discussions, mock interviews are held for the students so that they are able to crack their interviews at the time of final placements at MLA Academy of Higher Learning.
