The National Institute of Advertising (NIA) was formed with an aim to create a practical and industry oriented approach towards education, training and building a renewable talent bank for the media and communications industry. The students are provided with advertising, communication, event management courses, etc. The college has experienced and highly educated faculty members and provides a conducive environment for the personal and intellectual growth. NiA is a registered limited company and an autonomous institute. It is not a university under the UGC act and does not confer any degrees.
