NIT Garwhal Ph.D in Physics - Fees, Eligibility, Seats and Admission 2025

The fee for Ph.D in Physics at NIT Garwhal is 37500 INR. Ph.D in Physics admission 2024 at NIT Garwhal will be based on GATE.

To be eligible for the Ph.D. (Doctor of Philosophy) program at the National Institute of Technology, Garhwal, candidates must possess a Master's degree in a relevant field from a recognized university or institute. Additionally, applicants should have secured a minimum qualifying percentage or CGPA, as specified by the institute. It is also essential to qualify in the entrance examination conducted by the institute or any other national-level examination such as GATE/UGC-NET/CSIR-NET. Shortlisted candidates will then be called for a personal interview and/or written test, where their research aptitude, subject knowledge, and potential for pursuing doctoral studies will be assessed.
