The JEE Main 2026 exam date and allotted exam city are set to be released in the first week of January through the advanced city intimation slip on jeemain.nta.nic.in. Candidates can download the slip using their application number and password.
The JEE Main 2026 Session 1 correction window is now open at jeemain.nta.nic.in and will stay active until December 2, 2025. Candidates can modify most of their application details, except their mobile number, email ID, permanent/current address, emergency contact details, and uploaded photograph.
The registration for JEE Main 2026 Session 1 will close on November 27, 2025, and no extension will be provided. The correction window will remain open from December 1 to 2, 2025.
10+2 Pass with atleast 45% marks in aggregate (40% for SC/ST candidates) with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the subjects viz; Chemistry / Bio technology / Computer Science / Biology
M.Sc. in Computer Science/Computer Science (Software)/Mathematics/Applied Mathematics/ Physics/Applied Physics/Statistics/Operational Research/Electronics/Information Tech. with atleast 50% marks (45% marks for SC/ST) marks in the aggregate.
M.C.A./M.Tech. in Geophysics with atleast 50% marks (45% marks for SC/ST) marks in aggregate.
B.E./B.Tech. in any discipline with atleast 50% marks (45% marks for SC/ST) marks in aggregate.
Candidates with AMIE Examination in the relevant discipline will be considered only provided that they have passed AMIE examination with 50% marks (45% marks for SC/ST) after having passed diploma examination in the relevant discipline with 50% (45% marks for SC/ST) and have atleast 5 years research or teaching or professional experience.
75% of the sanctioned Intake admissions will be made through online counseling by HSCS.
25% Seats through Management quota based on percentage of marks in B.Tech / M.Sc / MCA.
