The Career Services Office (CSO), in collaboration with the faculty-led SIP Committee, organises active preparatory training seminars and workshops throughout the academic year to help students become more aware of career options and the role that a successful SIP plays.
Some of the interventions used include holding "town hall" style meetings with the entire batch, inviting guest speakers from various industry segments to discuss career planning and preparation, resume and statement of purpose writing, soft skills, and confidence-building sessions with internal and external trainers, and mentoring students one-on-one.

Students can only participate in FLAME University Pune final placement in the end semester of their programme.
