Overall Prajyoti niketan is a college which is situated at Pudukad in Thrissur. Our college has a campus which is situated at a hilltop. I had studied BA English from Prajyoti niketan. The first and the most important thing is that this college has excellent teachers and the they always looks to maintain a good student teacher relationship. This college does not supports politics inside and outside the campus. It has many positive and negative sides but for me it was a good thing to not have politics in the college which would sometimes lead to some campus fights.College gives importance for sports and cultural activities. One of our students have been gone for yoga competitions national level and the college has a good Physical education teacher. The principal of the college might feel very strict and it is main negative i had found in the college. He is very rude and strict towards the students. The best thing about the English department is that it has teachers with good behaviour. The college have also PG sections The college provides PG for computer and psychology students.

Placement Talking about the placements college provides good placement assistance. Last year wipro, tcs had recruited some of the students from the electronics and computer science students with average CTC 3-4 lakhs

Infrastructure When talking about the infrastructures there are 4 departments in the college and each have seperate departments and they have one seminar hall and a auditorium

Faculty Talking about the faculty members This is the main attraction of the college because the teachers have a good company with the students especially the computer and English department teachers. The principal might feel very strict

Hostel When talking about the hostel facilities the college only provides hostel for ladies. There are two hostels for ladies. One is the under the colege director itself and one is looked up by the sisters
