D.Pharm admission at Sahajpath College of Pharmacy follows the centralized process conducted by WBSCTVESD via webscte.co.in and smfwb.in. The college offers 60 seats for the 2-year D.Pharm programme, affiliated to WBSCTVESD and approved by PCI and AICTE.

Candidates must have passed 10+2 in Science stream with PCB or PCM from a recognised board, hold a valid CET Rank Card as per PCI norms, and be a minimum of 17 years of age. West Bengal domicile of at least 10 continuous years is mandatory. Candidates from Vocational or Open Schooling streams are not eligible.

Applications are submitted online through the official portal. Seat allotment is merit-based, followed by document verification and fee payment at the college. The total course fee is INR 1,75,000. Classes typically commence in December–January after counselling rounds are completed.

• Important: Candidates who passed Class 12 through Vocational Stream or Distance Education/Open Schooling are not eligible for D.Pharm admission in West Bengal. Only candidates from regular Science stream (recognized board) can apply.
• Domicile requirement: Candidates must be residents of West Bengal for at least 10 continuous years, or their parents must be permanent residents of West Bengal with a permanent address in the state.

D.Pharm (Diploma in Pharmacy) is the flagship course at Sahajpath College of Pharmacy. The 2-year program prepares students for entry-level pharmacy careers in hospitals, retail medical stores, pharmaceutical companies, and government pharmacist posts. Admission is through the WB D.Pharm centralized process conducted by WBSCTVESD.

• After completing D.Pharm from Sahajpath College of Pharmacy, students become eligible for lateral entry into the 2nd year of B.Pharm at recognized colleges in West Bengal, including Sahajpath's own B.Pharm Lateral Entry program.

D.Pharm Application Process

• Visit webscte.co.in or smfwb.in when the D.Pharm 2026 notification is live (expected July–August 2026).
• Click on the D.Pharm Admission 2026 application link on the homepage.
• Register with your name, date of birth, mobile number, and email ID to get login credentials.
• Fill personal details, Class 12 marks (Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Mathematics), category, and domicile information.
• Upload scanned copies of Class 12 marksheet, photo, signature, and category certificate (if applicable).
• Pay the application fee online via net banking/debit card/UPI.
• Submit the form and download the acknowledgement receipt.
• Wait for merit list publication. If your name appears, register for counselling and fill college preferences.
• Choose Sahajpath College of Pharmacy (North 24 Parganas) in your preference list.
• After seat allotment, visit the college with original documents for verification and complete the admission.
