Hostel The college is providing both male and female hostel facility with low budget of income, 1 2 3 4 sharing rooms and well hygiene food is available at the hostel.

Overall Sahyadri Science College located in Shimoga is famous for providing premium education. College is famous for it's well design of buildings and infrastructure. College fees are not so high and not so cheap, it's affordable option.

Placement College has an average placement opportunities. Almost 50-55 % of students are able to secure the placement. Placement cell provide or very less training to students.

Infrastructure Infrastructure of the college is not good. Labs are equipped with modern aids but not sufficient if we look for students per computer. Library is good and classrooms are also nice.
