SGPGIMS Lucknow DM and M.Ch. Admission 2023

The college provides M.Ch and DM programmes that last three years. M.Ch. Cardiothoracic and Vascular Surgery, Neurosurgery, Surgical Gastroenterology, and Urology are the five streams available. Cardiology, Clinical Immunology, Endocrinology, Gastroenterology, Medical Genetics, Nephrology, Neurology, and Immunology are the institute's eight disciplines.

Blood Component Therapy and Apheresis Technology, Cardiac Anaesthesia, Endocrine Surgery, Infectious Diseases, Neuro-anaesthesia, Neuro-Radiology, Nuclear Nephro-Urology, Pediatric Gastroenterology, Renal Pathology, Pediatric Endocrinology, Transfusion Medicine, Hematology, and Maternal & Reproductive Health are among the 13 specialisations offered by the college.

Nine specialities, including Endocrinology, Gastroenterology, Immunology, Medical Genetics, Microbiology, Neurology, Nuclear Medicine, Pathology, and Radiotherapy (Medical Physics), as well as Transfusion Medicine, are available in the full-time Ph.D. programme at SGPGIMS. The curriculum lasts for a minimum of two years and a maximum of four years.

Candidates who have earned a minimum of 55% in their MD, MS, DM, MDS, or Diplomate of the National Board of Examinations or Postgraduate in Science programme are eligible to enrol in the Ph.D. programme.

Shortlisted candidates will be chosen based on their prior academic accomplishments. Candidates who have been shortlisted will then need to show up for an institute-conducted written exam. Those that meet the requirements will be contacted for an in-person interview. Based on performance in the written test and interview, the final merit list will be created.
