SDMIMD offers separate hostel facilities for both boys and girls. SDMIMD application fee for admission to Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) program is Rs 1,250 (non-refundable). This fee applies to candidates applying through the official SDMIMD admission portal or authorised admission partners. The amount remains the same for Indian nationals, NRIs, and foreign candidates. Payment can be made online via credit/debit card, net banking, or UPI at the time of submitting the application form. The fee covers processing, verification, and evaluation of application data and supporting documents. Candidates are required to retain the payment acknowledgment for future correspondence.

• Seat Confirmation Fee: A non-refundable/semi-refundable fee paid when accepting the PGDM offer.
• One-time refundable caution/security deposit: Collected at admission; refundable at end of the program. This includes deposits for hostel/mess/tuition.
• Food / Mess charges (monthly): Breakfast, lunch, dinner – charged monthly separately beyond the main fee. Approx. between Rs 2,500–3,000 / month depending on the plan.
• Penalty for non-participation in exchange program after selection: If a student selected for overseas student exchange does not eventually go, a penalty of Rs 25,000 is applicable.

Fees at SDMIMD can be paid online through net banking, debit/credit card, or UPI. Offline payment through a demand draft (DD) drawn in favor of “SDM Institute for Management Development,” payable at Mysore, is also accepted. The total program fee is paid in six instalments, one instalment per term.
After receiving the admission offer, candidates must pay a seat confirmation fee (adjustable against the first instalment) within the deadline mentioned in the offer letter to confirm admission. Mess charges are not included in the main fee and are collected monthly through separate payment at the mess counter or by online transfer to the designated mess account.
Students must upload or submit payment receipts via the admission portal or email to the accounts department for verification after every instalment.
