Sewa Sadan Eye Hospital Trust (SSEHT) Bhopal
Sewa Sadan Eye Hospital Trust came into existence in 1987 due to the Bhopal Gas tragedy (in 1984) with severe loss of vision and blindness. Looking to the agonies & pains of sufferers, Paramhans Sant Hirdaram Sahibji blessed the society by organizing free eye camps which later on paved way for setting up Sewa Sadan Eye Hospital Trust. In this successful journey of 24 years, we have examined over 10 Lacs patients and have performed Surgeries of more than 1.80 Lacs patients in thousands of free eye camps in far flung rural areas for poor and needy patients. Along with we have also performed Keratoplasty (Cornea transplant) of hundreds of needy patients without any cost and gifted them the "Sight of Vision". Thus Sewa Sadan Eye Hospital Trust has now become the “Synonym of Blindness Eradication".
