What students says about Shree Uma degree & P.G College

  • The admission process is pretty good. They ask you about your academic achievements and they seek the round development of students. They take dedicated counseling sessions and make sure about our good and bad.
  • The faculty is experienced and good at teaching. Maybe there will be a little language barrier but things are understood eventually. Faculty has 7+ years of experience. Exams were done periodically and if proper attention is given it was easy to pass.
  • To be Eligible For the course the candidate should have passed 10+2 with a 40% aggregate from a recognized board. There is no Entrance exam needed for admission Into B.com In Telangana But you have to Apply on the Degree Online Services Telangana website and pay the Application fee which is around 200 Rs. After application, you have to select the college you want to get admission into. The entire application process is Online you just need to carry previous study documents in original when joining college. The admission process is effortless and less time taking.
  • The course curriculum is very good it is a Three-year course which gives great insight into Commerce and all kinds of work involved in financial transactions like bookkeeping, Financial Accounting, Income Tax and a lot more. The course has a total of Six semesters every year there are two semesters 4 months apart. In our college, weekly tests are conducted so that students can prepare well for the exams. The Faculty students ratio at Roots is 2:50. The faculty at our college are excellent they have vast knowledge and experience in teaching. Every semester we had 2 mid-term examinations which are not that hard if one prepares well.
  • Uma Bakshi and Supriya were good teachers met there. The faculty just saw they could finish there syllabus. They got the students very monotonous. The classes were just a topic and sone. There wasn?t much of interaction. Expected a lot of interaction. And had to go to many faculty to request for details to be shared so that we could start working on them. They were casual and didn?t inform any important note well in advance. We weren?t provided with any industrial exposure. As according to our course I expect to be given as many chances to get the exposure to learn more abt real life working. But that doesn?t seemed to happen. It was more of a textbook learning and giving answers.
  • The books are a little out dated, alart from that everything seems to be pretty much fine.
  • It's like every college. Positive is our college focuses on extra curricular activities and Negative is it doesn't focus much on study but on money. It has its own positives and negatives and I see more negatives than positives
  • Absolutely no good companies cameby our college we just made our resume and submitted and later on no information no feedback. Students have been a lot more enthusiastic but hardly there was any good faculty to guide in a proper direction
  • Get a better infrastructure the college has a very bad infrastructure. It's basically just a building with no extra curricular activities and it's just studies. Could be much better if the infrastructure was much better
  • The fee structure is very high.
