Shri Vaishnav Vidyapeeth Vishwavidyalaya Admission 2026

Shri Vaishnav Vidyapeeth Vishwavidyalaya (SVVV) Indore follows a 7-step admission process for all programmes. The university primarily conducts admissions through its own entrance examination called SVET (Shri Vaishnav Entrance Test). For certain programmes, SVVV also accepts national-level entrance exam scores as an alternative to SVET. B.Tech admission accepts JEE Main scores, B.Arch requires NATA, M.Tech admission is based on GATE, and B.Sc Agriculture accepts PAT scores. These national entrance exam scores are treated as equivalent to SVET for the respective programmes.

• Visit www.svvv.edu.in — Go to the Admissions section and click 'Apply Online' or scan the QR code from the official brochure.
• Register and fill the online application form — Provide personal details, academic records, category, and the program you're applying for. Pay the registration fee online (see Application Fee section below).
• Appear for SVET — The Shri Vaishnav Entrance Test link is sent to your registered email after the application. SVET is an online, computer-based test covering your stream's core subjects. Students with valid JEE Main / GATE / NATA / PAT scores can submit those instead.
• Check Merit Declaration — SVVV publishes merit lists on the portal. Students are shortlisted based on SVET score or entrance exam score combined with qualifying exam marks.
• Document Verification — Shortlisted students must report to the SVVV campus (Indore-Ujjain Road, Indore 453111) for physical document verification. Bring originals and attested copies of all documents listed in the 'Documents Required' section below.
• Seat Allotment — After document verification, seats are allotted based on merit, category, and program preference. Allotment is communicated via email and the SVVV portal.
• Fee Deposition — Pay the first semester fees online (via net banking, credit/debit card, or UPI) or at the SVVV campus within the stipulated deadline to confirm your admission. The seat is not secured until the fee is paid.

Carry the original documents and attested photocopies to the SVVV campus for document verification. Documents must be self-attested. Failure to produce originals at verification results in cancellation of provisional admission.

For UG admissions:

• Class 10 marksheet and passing certificate
• Class 12 marksheet and passing certificate
• School/college transfer certificate
• School/college leaving certificate or migration certificate
• JEE Main / NATA / PAT scorecard (for B.Tech / B.Arch / Agriculture programs)
• SVET admit card and scorecard (if admitted through SVET)
• Category certificate — SC/ST/OBC/EWS (issued by competent authority, not older than 1 year for OBC)
• Income certificate for the EWS category
• Disability certificate (PwD candidates only)
• Domicile certificate (MP students)
• Aadhaar card (photocopy)
• 6 passport-size photographs (recent, white background)
• Gap certificate or affidavit (if applicable — for students with an academic gap after 12th)

Additional documents for PG admissions:

• UG degree certificate or provisional degree certificate
• UG marksheets for all semesters/years
• GATE 2026 scorecard (M.Tech applicants)
• Work experience certificate (MBA applicants with work experience)

Additional documents for PhD admissions:

• Master's degree certificate and all semester marksheets
• UGC-NET / JRF certificate (if applicable)
• Research proposal (as per FDSR guidelines published on SVVV website)

The SVVV Indore admissions office operates 6 days a week during the admission season. Students from outside Indore are encouraged to call before visiting the campus for document verification scheduling.
