45 Marks in CLAT 2026; Expected Rank, NLU, Admission Chances Category-Wise

45 marks in CLAT 2025 translate to AIR 15,505, which is considered to be a relatively low performance in the highly competitive CLAT landscape. At this rank, the chances of securing admission into the top-tier NLUs, such as NLSIU Bangalore, NALSAR Hyderabad, NUJS Kolkata, etc, are extremely low. Such a performance limits a candidate to mid-tier and low-tier NLUs, with admissions majorly depending on category-based reservations and state domicile quotas in specific universities. For the candidates with this score, only NLUs that either have lower cutoff ranges or specific state reserved seats might be approachable.

50 Marks in CLAT 2026; Expected Rank, NLU, Admission Chances Category-Wise

Scoring 50 marks in CLAT 2026 places you in a rank range where things get a bit difficult, but still not impossible. Based on the last few years and CLAT marks vs rank 2026 trends, scoring around 50 usually gives an expected AIR between 6730 and 11705. These ranks generally fall around the late counselling stages, especially for candidates applying under reserved categories. Most of the top NLUs participating in CLAT 2026 close way before this range, but a few mid and lower NLUs might still offer seats depending on category, PwD quota, and gender-based seats.

55 Marks in CLAT 2026; Expected Rank, NLU, Admission Chances Category-Wise

The expected All India Rank for 55 Marks in CLAT 2026 is around upto 8905. It is not at all considered a good score for NLU admission, and students may barely manage to get a few selective low-tier NLUs. The ideal rank for NLU admission across the mid-tier and top-tier institutions usually ranges between AIR 75 to 325. Students may be able to seek admission only during Round 2 of admission counselling. The available options for NLU admission are Silvasa, Punjab, Patna, and a few others. However, students who belong to the reserved categories may still stand a chance for the mid-tier NLU admissions through the reservation policy.

60 Marks in CLAT 2026; Expected Rank, NLU, Admission Chances Category-Wise

60 Marks in CLAT 2026; Expected Rank, NLU, Admission Chances Category-Wise

60 marks in CLAT 2026 translate to an estimated rank ranging from 6280 - 6505. This is considered a poor performance, especially for the candidates who belong to the General category. Reason being that the admission chances for top NLUs, like NLU Bangalore, NLU Bangalore, NLU Kolkata, etc, become highly unlikely at this rank range, given their significantly higher cut-offs in previous years. Even mid-tier NLUs tend to close much earlier for the General category, further narrowing the possibilities. However, for the OBC category, admission to the top NLUs may be a bit possible.
