National Law School of India University is situated in Bangalore and was established in 1986 after a notification was passed by the National Law School of India University Act. The university has been accredited by the NAAC with an ‘A’ grade. The NLSIU campus is spread over 23 acres and it has been approved by Bar Council of India (BCI). The responsibility of the chancellor of the university is taken up by the Chief Justice of India. Diverse law courses are offered by the NLSIU Bangalore. National Law School of India University scholarships are available to individuals from economically disadvantaged backgrounds who have excelled academically. Students receive NLSIU Bangalore scholarships based on their CLAT scores. NLSIU Bangalore scholarship list also covers state, national level scholarships and private scholarships. The admission process of National Law School of India University (NLSIU), Bangalore is carried out strictly on the basis of CLAT. The marks scored in the law entrance exam of CLAT are considered for NLSIU admission process and no other factor is taken into consideration.
Your marks of class 12th will be important in proving you eligible for the programme. Those who have less than 45% aggregate marks in their class 12th board exams are neither given admission nor allowed to sit for CLAT. Apart from that, there is no other significance of your board exam score of the 10+2 level in the admission of NLU Bangalore.
