Overall: My experience at sreyas college has been quite disappointing. The institution primarily focuses on granting degrees rather than providing meaningful education or career opportunities. While the infrastructure is decent, it doesn't compensate for the lack of industry exposure and placement support. The placement cell is almost non-existent, with very few companies visiting the campus for recruitment. Even when companies do come, the packages offered are minimal and not at all competitive compared to other institutions. The college fails to establish strong connections with industries or provide students with internships and real-world experience. As a result, students are left to fend for themselves after graduation. The teaching quality is subpar, with most faculty members simply following outdated syllabi without integrating any modern or practical approaches. There is little encouragement for skill development, research, or extracurricular activities. Students are often left feeling unprepared to face the challenges of the professional world. In short, [College Name] seems more focused on enrolling students for the sake of numbers rather than building their future. Unless significant changes are made in terms of placement opportunities and academic quality, I would not recommend this college to anyone serious about their career.
Placement: Placement The placement opportunities at sreyas college re extremely disappointing and far below expectations. Despite the college's claims of a strong placement record, the reality is that very few reputed companies visit the campus for recruitment. The majority of students are left without decent job offers, and the few who do get placed often receive low-paying roles that do not justify the time and money spent on their education. The placement cell is poorly organized and lacks the necessary industry connections to bring in quality companies. There is minimal effort to train students for interviews or help them develop the skills required to succeed in the job market. Workshops, mock interviews, and career counseling sessions are either inadequate or nonexistent. Internship opportunities are also scarce, leaving students with limited exposure to real-world work environments. Many students are forced to look for jobs on their own, often struggling due to the lack of support from the college. Overall, [College Name] fails to fulfill its responsibility of bridging the gap between education and employment. The lack of placement support leaves students frustrated and unprepared for the competitive job market, making this college an unsuitable choice for those serious about their careers.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure The infrastructure at sreyas college is another major disappointment. While the college boasts about its facilities, the reality is far from satisfactory. Many of the classrooms are outdated, poorly maintained, and lack basic amenities such as proper ventilation, comfortable seating, and adequate lighting. The laboratories, which are supposed to be the backbone of technical education, are ill-equipped and often have outdated or non-functional equipment. This severely hampers the learning experience, as students cannot gain practical knowledge or hands-on skills. The library is another letdown, with a limited collection of books and outdated resources that fail to meet the demands of modern education. Moreover, the seating arrangements and reading spaces are insufficient to accommodate students during peak times. Other facilities such as the cafeteria, hostels, and sports areas are poorly maintained. The cafeteria offers subpar food, and the hostels lack cleanliness and basic amenities like reliable water and electricity. The campus Wi-Fi is unreliable and slow, making it difficult for students to access online resources or complete assignments. Overall, the infrastructure at [College Name] does not support a conducive learning environment, leaving students frustrated and unmotivated. It's clear that the college prioritizes appearances over actual functionality.
Faculty: Faculty The faculty at sreyas college s one of its biggest drawbacks. Most professors lack the necessary expertise and experience to effectively teach their subjects. Rather than focusing on imparting practical knowledge or engaging students with interactive methods, they stick to outdated teaching techniques and rigid syllabi that fail to address current industry demands. A significant number of faculty members seem unmotivated and uninterested in student development. They rarely provide guidance for projects, research, or career advice. Instead of encouraging curiosity and innovation, the emphasis is on rote learning and exam preparation. Furthermore, the lack of communication skills among many teachers makes lectures monotonous and difficult to follow. There is minimal effort to foster a supportive learning environment, leaving students feeling neglected and undervalued. Opportunities for mentorship, workshops, and advanced learning are scarce, as the faculty does not prioritize student engagement beyond the bare minimum requirements. Feedback from students is often ignored, and constructive criticism is met with resistance. In summary, the faculty at [College Name] fails to provide the quality education and mentorship needed for students to succeed in their academic and professional endeavors, making the overall learning experience highly disappointing.
Hostel: Hostel The hostel facilities at sreyas college re substandard and fail to provide a comfortable living environment for students. The rooms are cramped, poorly ventilated, and often in dire need of maintenance. Basic amenities such as clean drinking water, reliable electricity, and functioning washrooms are either inadequate or frequently unavailable. Hygiene is a major concern, with housekeeping services being irregular and ineffective. The washrooms are often dirty, and the overall cleanliness of the hostel leaves much to be desired. Pest infestations are another common issue that adds to the unpleasant living conditions. The food quality in the mess is extremely poor, with a lack of variety and nutritional balance. Meals are often repetitive, tasteless, and sometimes even unhygienic, leading to health issues among students. The dining area is overcrowded and not properly maintained. Security measures are lax, with limited supervision and no proper grievance redressal system for students. Additionally, recreational facilities are either nonexistent or poorly maintained, leaving students with no options for relaxation or extracurricular activities. Overall, the hostel experience at [College Name] is far from satisfactory, adding unnecessary stress to students' academic lives and making it difficult to focus on their studies.
Overall: Good Infrastructure And experienced Faculty. The campus will help us in learning everything The faculty will be helping us in having placements With good LPA. Having trees everywhere in campus will help us Feel free to study and Comfortable To learn new things.
Placement: Whether when we come to placements Highest package is around 48 LPA may be so the placements centre will be helping every student To answer every question of interviewer. So The student have to Maintain good CGPA.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is very Nice here. The labs And Auditorium’s are Good. Very good ventilation having each class two three big sized windows and Projectors every class which is very helpful for faculty .
Faculty: Faculty Are very strict at Studies they help you in getting good marks And send pdfs Everyday's physical class So student can revise from that pdfs. For every subject there will be 4-5 faculties .
Hostel: But here Ours college doesn’t have any Campus related hostels for Male and female students. So Students can join at outside of private hostel. Which one two hostels are owned by faculties.
