The TS EAMCET 2025 internal sliding process has begun. Candidates can exercise option entry and seat freezing until August 19. Students who secured seats in earlier rounds are eligible to apply for a change of branch within the same college, depending on seat availability. The final allotment results will be released on August 22, 2025.

About GRIET

GRIET admission to its BTech courses is done on the basis of TS EAMCET score. The admit card for the TS EAMCET exam is already released on April 29, 2024. The exam date has been revised and the exam will be conducted from May 7 to 11, 2024. Candidates who wish to get admission to engineering programmes at GRIET will have to qualify for TS EAMCET.

Gokaraju Rangaraju Institute of Engineering and Technology (GRIET) is established in 1997 by Dr. G Gangaraju as a self-financed institute under the aegis of Gokaraju Rangaraju Educational Society. GRIET is approved by AICTE, New Delhi, permanently affiliated to and autonomous under JNTUH, Hyderabad. GRIET is committed to quality education and is known for its innovative teaching practices.

The name of the college has been kept on this basis only. Gokaraju Rangaraju Institute of Engineering and Technology is a self-financed institution. The college is permanently affiliated with and autonomous under JNTUH, Hyderabad. The institute has secured 165th rank in the Engineering category in NIRF 2021 Ranking with a score of 34.36 out of 100. It had secured 172nd rank in the same category in NIRF 2020 Ranking.  

GRIET offers both undergraduate and postgraduate courses to students. There are nine undergraduate programmes in the field of B.Tech and nine postgraduate programmes which are in the field of M.Tech. GRIET is located at Nizampet Road, Krishnaja Hills, Bachupally, Kukatpally, Hyderabad, in Telangana. The distance between Hafizpet Railway Station and the college is around 7 km. Whereas the airport is at a distance of 17 km from the college and the bus depot is 3 km away.

GRIET curriculum is outdated and needs to be updated. Their infrastructure is also old but somewhat functional, so they also need to work on that also.

The faculty members are very helping full for the students, all the faculty are Ph.D., and they are very close to us. The exam is difficult every semester. They make strict rules for exams, very strict for all exams, we cannot expect them to make strict exams. Other: B.Com course is good and has the best placement in bank sectors and have a better future all my experience it is the best college to SEE your lif bright.

Hi student,

A GAP certificate is not required for TS PGECET certificate verification. The certificates that are necessary for the verification process during TS PGECET 2025 counselling include GATE/ GPAT rank card, DOB proof, provisional certificate, TC, qualified exams mark sheet, study certificates from class 10th to graduation, residence certificate for the last 7 years of qualifying examination (in case you don’t have any institutionalised education), and integrated community certificate (Iisued by a competent authority in case of BC/ SC/ ST students). During certificate verification, you need to bring not only original but xerox copies of these documents along with yourself.

I got rank 39000 in TS EAMCET, I am EWS boy, which college can I get?

Although a 39000 is quite an average tank in the TS EAMCET. As you are from the EWS category, you can still get admission into various popular TS EAMCET colleges. Some of the top TS EAMCET colleges offering BTech admission with 39000 rank or above for the EWS boys category are ACE Engineering College, CMR College of Engineering and Technology, Anurag University, Kakatiya Institute of Technology and Science, Malla Reddy College of Engineering and Technology, MVSR Engineering College, Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad, etc. As per the TS EAMCET closing ranks of round 1, these colleges offered admission to students with 39000 rank or above.
