Srinath University has instituted a Training and Placement Cell that creates a bridge between the students and prospective employers. The Srinath University Traning and Placement Cell organises on-campus placement drives annually to offer promising job opportunities to fresh graduates. The cell is led by expert professionals with significant experience working in the industry. As a result, they leave no stones unturned to yield the required Srinath University placement support. 

The Traning and Placement Cell trains and prepares students for the modern corporate world. It organises industrial visits to top organisations to provide the students with hands-on experience. The Srinath University students have visited organisations like TATA Bluescope Steel Ltd., Highco Engineering Pvt. Ltd., and Bharati Axa, among many others, to learn practically through interaction, working methods, and employment practices prevailing presently in Industries.
