TSCFM organises 50+ annual industry interaction sessions—guest lectures, panel discussions, and workshops — with executives from HDFC Bank, Edelweiss, JPMorgan, Deloitte, and other corporate partners. These sessions also serve as informal networking events where students meet potential employers before the placement season. Cultural fests, sports competitions, the 'Shark Tank' event, MBA quizzes, and team activities like the 'Egg Challenge' and 'Scale Model' project are regular features of campus life. TSCFM faculty combines experienced academicians and industry professionals from the BFSI, management, digital marketing, and communication sectors. The institute's Managing Director, Dr. Akhil Shahani, holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management and a Doctorate in Education from the University of Liverpool, and teaches as part of the faculty team. Faculty bring corporate experience from Mumbai's banking, consulting, and financial services sectors alongside academic credentials.
