TMU Hosts 3-Day Faculty Development Program on Quality Concepts for Academic Excellence - Teerthanker Mahaveer University (TMU), Moradabad, reaffirmed its commitment to academic excellence by organising a transformative three-day Faculty Development Program (FDP) titled 'Quality Concepts for Academic Excellence: Empowering Educators through Quality Circles, Lean Approaches & 5S' held from 8th to 10th July 2025. This event was conducted in collaboration with the Quality Circle Forum of India (QCFI) under the Train the Trainer Initiative. The program included sessions on the 5S methodology, Quality Circles, and Lean Quality practices, aimed at enhancing the skills of faculty members in improving academic quality. Participants received certificates of participation and complimentary annual memberships from QCFI, promoting continuous learning and quality enhancement.
