What should I do if my payment fails?

How do I select the right exam category online?
In GGSIPU registration form you will see a drop down for “Exam Category” For BBA, BCA, B.Com and BJMC (at Trinity Institute of Professional Studies) you have to select “Undergraduate” and then select the corresponding CET code for your course. What are the specific one-time charges at TIPS?
On joining Trinity Institute of Professional Studies, you need to pay some one-time fees. These are a Security Deposit of Rs 10,000 which is refundable, and the Alumni Fund fee of Rs 2,000. While the security deposit will be honored after you finish your course, the alumni fee is non-refundable and will bind you to the college's professional network post-graduation.
Is there an additional fee for the counseling process?

How should I prepare for the General Awareness section for BJMC?
For BA (JMC) entrance the General Awareness section is biased towards Media and Entertainment. You must be aware of the major headlines, famous journalists, media houses, award-winning movies and changes in digital media laws. It is recommended to read The Hindu or The Indian Express daily newspaper.
Is there negative marking in the TIPS entrance exams?
Yes. For the IPU CET negative marking is -1 mark for each incorrect answer. No penalty for unanswered question. For the CLAT 2026(which is compulsory for BA LL.B) it is -0.25 marks for each wrong answer. Hence accuracy is as important as speed during the exam.
What is the exam pattern for the IPU CET 2026 at TIPS?
The IPU CET 2026 for BBA, BCA, B.Com (Hons) will be a computer-based test (CBT) that will have 100 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) to be solved in 150 minutes (2.5 hours). The paper will be conducted in full English (except for B.Ed). The total marks of the exam will be 400, and each correct answer will be awarded 4 marks.

Can I get admission in TIPS without giving CET?

In general, Trinity Institute of Professional Studies is only accepting GGSIPU CET rank for admission.
