University Institute of Law and Management Studies (ULIMS) renders MBA, E-MBA, LLB courses. The college was established, initially under the name ‘National Law College’, over a sprawling land of 10 acres  in to cater to the requirements of the emerging commercial hub of the country at Gurgaon. The Institute is committed to encourage inter-disciplinary higher education and research to spread knowledge to every strata of the society. The ULIMS aims at creating an innovative, value-based, and research-oriented world-class learning environment and establishing itself as a centre of excellence. The courses are duly affiliated to Maharshi Dayanad University. To institutionalize the process of quality sustenance and enhancement, the Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) has been established in the University. The IQAC is a nodal agency for ushering in the era of total quality management by working out intervention strategies to enhance overall quality in the institution. The primary aim of the IQAC is to develop a system for conscious, consistent and catalytic action to improve the academic and administrative performance of the institution. The college envisions promoting quality education and research through inter-disciplinary understanding, state-of-the-art learning, and the use of emerging knowledge for developing world-class human resources capable of mastering the global challenges of future technology and management.  The ULIMS seeks to create, preserve, and disseminate knowledge to build competitive capability for holistic development of man and society.
