Uttar Pradesh Rajarshi Tandon Open University does not offer a Diploma in Retail Management course. At the diploma level, the university offers only 2 courses which include the Diploma in Textile Designing and the Diploma in Fashion Designing courses. The duration of each of these courses is between 1 year to 3 years depending on the candidate. The medium of instruction is English and Hindi and the basic eligibility criteria for Uttar Pradesh Rajarshi Tandon Open University admission to these courses includes passing class 12 from a recognised board. Further, the course fee for each of the above courses is Rs 5,700 per annum. At the Uttar Pradesh Rajarshi Tandon Open University, a two-year certificate course in Single Subject - Arts (CCSS) is provided. You can choose from subjects such as Hindi, Sanskrit, English, Urdu, Economics and Philosophy. To secure admission at UPRTOU in this programme, you must have a Bachelors degree. Direct admission is granted. The fees is Rs 4,000 per annum.

Uttar Pradesh Rajarshi Tandon Open University provides scholarships to eligible and meritorious students, as well as students from financially disadvantaged backgrounds. Female students can also apply for grants and fee reductions. To be eligible for UPRTOU scholarships, you must meet the eligibility conditions specified by the scholarship schemes. Students who are eligible will get a minimum annual scholarship of Rs 25,000. You can fill out the form online or in person at the university.
