Hello Nikhil,

At the Uttar Pradesh Rajarshi Tandon Open University, a two-year certificate course in Single Subject - Arts (CCSS) is provided. You can choose from subjects such as Hindi, Sanskrit, English, Urdu, Economics and Philosophy. To secure admission at UPRTOU in this programme, you must have a Bachelors degree. Direct admission is granted. The fees is Rs 4,000 per annum.
