VNIT Nagpur Ph.D in Chemical Engineering Eligibility Criteria
The eligibility criteria for pursuing a Ph.D. (Doctor of Philosophy) degree at Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology (VNIT) require candidates to possess a master's degree in a relevant discipline from a recognized university. Additionally, applicants must have secured a minimum of 60% marks (or equivalent) in their qualifying examination. However, a relaxation of 5% is provided for candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC/PWD categories. Candidates are also required to qualify in the VNIT Ph.D. Entrance Test (PET) or any other equivalent national-level examination, such as GATE/NET. Furthermore, applicants must submit a research proposal in their area of interest, demonstrating their aptitude and motivation for research.
