XIM University Bhubaneswar Admission 2025 - Dates, Form, Online Process, Fees

The last date for filling up the XIM University application form for all the MBA programs (BM, HRM, RM, SM, UMG), Executive MBA (BM) program, and MMS-BF Program has been extended from January 10 to January 20, 2023. The XIM University offers various UG and PG programs across multiple streams. All of the courses offered by XIM University are approved by the AICTE. Admission to courses offered by XIM University is done on the basis of entrance exams and the merit obtained in the qualifying exam. The first term as per the academic calendar at XIM University extends from June to September, the second from September to December, and the third from December to March. The candidates who wish to get admission to Masters of Business Administration (MBA) at XIM University needs to fulfill the given eligibility criteria:

• The candidate must have a Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 55% of marks or equivalent CGPA.
• The applicants must have a valid score in CAT or XAT or GMAT.
• Candidates with a valid score in NMAT by GMAC are eligible for admission in MBA-HRM, MBA-RM, MBA-SM, MBA UMG and MBF programs.
• Work experience is not mandatory for admission. However, candidates with work experience after the Bachelor's degree will have an advantage in the selection process.

XIM University MBA Selection Process 2024

• The shortlisting process for XIMB MBA will be based on different parameters such as entrance exam score, academic profile, work experience and other parameters.
• Usually, the shortlisting cutoff for Xavier University for MBA ranges between 85 to 90 percentile. 
• Shortlisted candidates will have to take part in GD-WAT-PI. The PI (Personal Interview) will take place in February & March.
• The final admission offer will be made on the basis of the candidate's performance in all selection parameters. 
• The admission offer will be made in the first week of April. 

The candidates who wish to take admission to 4 years B.Tech program at XIM University will have to fulfil the listed eligibility criteria:

The candidate must have passed Class 12 or equivalent from a recognised board.

The candidate must have studied Mathematics, English, and Physics as the main subjects in class 12th with one of the optional subjects as Chemistry/ Biology/ Biotechnology/ Others.

The candidate must have acquired a minimum aggregate of 50% in the qualifying examination.

The candidate who has pursued a degree in Diploma in Engineering (Polytechnic) is also eligible for lateral entry to B.Tech second year.

XIM University B.Tech Selection Process 2024

The selection of the candidates will be done on the basis of scores obtained in the Xavier Engineering selection Test & qualifying exam merit followed by the personal interview round. The candidate with 75% in JEE Main or Diploma holders will be provided direct admission.

In order to get eligible for admission to the Bachelor of Commerce program, the student must fulfill the given eligibility criteria:

The candidate must have passed Class 12 from a recognized school in the relevant stream with English as the compulsory subject.

The candidate must have acquired a minimum aggregate of 50% in the Class 12 exam (45% for the reserved candidates) with all the subjects put together.

The selection of candidates for admission to the B.Com program is based on the merit of the student in the Class 12 level exam.

In order to get eligible for admission to the Bachelor of Science program, the student must fulfill the given eligibility criteria:

The candidate must have passed Class 12 from a recognized school with Mathematics and Physics as the compulsory subjects along with one of the optional subjects as Chemistry/ Biology/ Biotechnology/ Computer Science.

The selection of candidates for admission to the BSc program is based on the merit of the student in the Class 12 level exam.

In order to get eligible for admission to the BBA + LLB program, the student must fulfill the given eligibility criteria:

The candidate must have passed Class 12 from a recognized school in the relevant stream with English as the compulsory subject.

The candidate must have acquired a minimum aggregate of 40% in the Class 12 exam (35% for the reserved candidates) with all the subjects put together.

The candidate must be of 17 years of age at the time of application.

The selection of the candidates for admission to BBA + LLB course at XIM University is done on the basis of CLAT/AILET/XLET score.

In order to get eligible for admission to the BA + LLB program, the student must fulfill the given eligibility criteria:

The candidate must have passed Class 12 from a recognized school in the relevant stream with English as the compulsory subject.

The candidate must have acquired a minimum aggregate of 40% in the Class 12 exam (35% for the reserved candidates) with all the subjects put together.

The selection of the candidates for admission to BA + LLB course at XIM University is done on the basis of CLAT/AILET/XLET score.

The candidate must have passed B.Tech/ B.E. in a relevant stream from a recognized institute.

The candidate must have acquired a minimum aggregate of 55% in the qualifying examination.

XIM University M.Tech Selection Process 2024

The selection of the candidates for the M.Tech course will be done on the basis of the qualifying exam score/ Xavier Engineering Entrance Examination (XEEE) score and/or Statement of Purpose (SoP). The candidates will also have to qualify for the personal interview round.

The candidates who wish to pursue a PhD at XIM University need to fulfill the following eligibility criteria:

The candidate must have passed a Master’s degree or an equivalent degree from a recognized institute. 

The candidate must have acquired a minimum aggregate of 55% in the master’s program (50% for SC/ST/OBC candidates).

Candidates with a professional master’s degree in M.Tech and ME, and PG degree in Medicine and similar other professional courses are not eligible for PhD admissions.

The selection of the candidates for admission to the PhD program at XIM University is done on the basis of Xavier Research Aptitude Test (X-RAT), Subject Test (if applicable), Presentation, and Personal Interview score.
