Amity University Gwalior Application Process for Admission 2023

Interested applicants who wish to take admission in the Amity University Gwalior courses must visit the Amity University official portal or the Amity University microsite to initiate the process. Students who have secured 80% and above in their Class XII (CBSE/ISC/State-Boards of 2019/2020/2021) or 10+2 are exempted from the selection process. To complete the application process, students will have to pay the application fee of Rs.1100 for UG, PG, and Ph.D. courses while submitting the online application form or in case of offline while following the procedure.  This fee can be paid in person by visiting the Amity University campus or via net banking, credit cards, debit cards, etc., as per the candidates’ convenience.

Fresh Applicant 

The students who are first-time applicants at the Amity University Gwalior need to first register themselves on the Amity University Microsite for future references. For registration, students will have to fill in the following information.

For undergraduate courses

> X - Board Name, Board Roll No, School Code, Passing year, Average percentage

> XII – Board name, School Code, Center Code, City, Board Roll Number, Board Admit Card Number, and marking system details; the marks/points are received if results are already declared.

For postgraduate courses

> Graduation certificate mentioning marks, stream, and the institute’s name. 

> Other Information – Aadhar, Need for a hostel, Whether Amity alumnus, etc

> Extra-Curricular – Awards, Employment, or internship certificate wherever required.

After filling in the information, students will have to upload scanned copies of the supporting documents. Verification of the credential will be based on the documents provided. Once everything is done, students will get a computer-generated form number and password that they will have to use for all future references. While uploading the documents, students must ensure that all the documents are legible and are in perfect order. 

Continue Partially Filled Form

For the convenience of the students, all the data that the students have provided. Once filled and uploaded, all the details remain there on the portal that students can retrieve any time they want. They can use the form number and form password to retrieve this information and continue to provide information for the application process.

Apply to another program with previous form details 

If students wish to join another course after completing the one, they do not have to start the whole procedure again. Students can use the same form number to apply for multiple courses. This way, the basic information, documents, etc., need not be uploaded again and again for different classes.

The last date for completing the application process has already been announced on the official website of the university. Students required to take the entrance exam (Amity JEE) to get admission must watch the relevant dates.

> Amity JEE is expected to be held between April 2023 - to June 2023.

Refund Policy

The cost of the form paid at the time of form submission is non-refundable and will not be refunded for any reason whatsoever. However, exceptions may be made based on the following circumstances:

> More than one payment is rendered for the same application number.

> A candidate paid the fee online but did not get the application form due to connection failure, and the university cannot provide a softcopy of the application form.

How to Get Admission to Amity University Gwalior (AUG) for Various Courses in 2023?

Amity University Gwalior admission criterion and procedure vary for each course. Amity University Exams Accepted 2023

Some courses offered at the university mandate students to clear the required entrance test and the basic eligibility criteria. • B. Arch: NATA OR JEE (Joint Entrance Examination) MAINS PAPER 2 scores

• MBA: CAT, MAT, GMAT, XAT

> Student must have secured a qualifying score in 10+2 with PCM/ 10+3 diploma exam with Maths as one of the main subjects

Students must have secured a qualifying score in 10+2 from science discipline or must have PCB as the main subject with a minimum score of 50%. 

Students can do a BSc in Biotechnology alone at Amity University Gwalior, or they can integrate it with MSc and pursue it as a dual degree course.

For taking admission into B. Tech students must have a qualifying score in their 10+2 from the Science stream or should have either PCB or PCM as combination subjects.

For pursuing a Bachelor in Commerce at Amity University Gwalior, students have a minimum of 50% in their 10+2.
