Following are the steps involved in the admission procedure for international students at Chandigarh Group of Colleges, Landran:
Step 1: The candidate has to share an admission query at the official website link.
Step 2: The student has to fill out the application form and submit the copy of the same received from the college and a copy of one's passport/ residing national ID and relevant academic documents requested by the college.
Step 3: The aspirant has to wait for a confirmation mail from the college. If not received within 24 hours of the application procedure, the candidate is requested to drop an email to Chandigarh Colleges.
Step 4: Once the college has received a successful online application with all the required documents, an "Offer Letter" will be issued to the candidate by the college for either provisional admission or conditional admission.
Step 5: After receiving the offer letter, the admission desiring candidate has to pay the required registration fee to block the seat.
Step 6: To confirm the admission of the candidate, the provisional admission fee should be transferred to the college bank account that is mentioned on the official website of Landran College and as per the details provided to the student in the Offer Letter.
Step 7: The student then has to apply for a student visa through the Indian High Commission/Indian Embassy.
Step 8: To get the free airport pickup facility for the international students by the CGC, Landran, one has to share a copy of the flight ticket with the referred college authorities at least 15 days before the date of arrival.
