Dear student, No, Jeppiar University and Jeppiar Engineering College are not in the same campus. Jeppiar University is located in Porur, Chennai, while Jeppiar Engineering College is located in Semmenchery, Chennai.

Dear student, Your chances of getting CS, IS, or EC at Siddaganga Institute of Technology with a KCET rank of 19,889, 3B with Kannada medium and rural quota are slim.
