The B.Tech program at the school provides 31 specialties, with an enrollment of 930 students. Typically, the courses last four years. It takes three years to complete a lateral entrance programme at the university. 

The institution provides two-year M.Tech programmes in a variety of areas. Candidates getting admission to the M.Tech programme must have a relevant BE/ B.Tech degree with at least a 55 % grade point average from an accredited institution. Entrance to the programme is based on GATE or MRNAT scores, as determined by MRIIRS criteria.
