Overall: Amity University Patna is one of the best choices for students to pursue Bachelor of Technology in Civil Engineering. The four years I spent at the university helped me in becoming a better and a well informed person. The university curriculum focuses on theoratical and practical knowledge, resulting in the holisitc development of students. Further, the university has international tie-ups to provide overseas exposure to students.

Placement: Amity University Patna placements for civil engineering department is low in comparison with other BTech specialisations. During placements, maximum job offers are provided to BTech CSE students. A few of the major recruites of the university are Wipro, Cognizant, Accenture, Amazon etc.

Infrastructure: The campus of Amity University Patna has specific labs designed for BTech students. Laboratories at Amity Patna consist modern equipment and facilities. The university also has classrooms with LCD projector, spacious auditorium, indoor and outdoor sports facilities etc.

Faculty: The faculty at Amity University Patna has plathora of teaching experience. A few of the faculty members also have industrial experience. Amity University Patna faculty provides maximum support to students. During my final year, faculty provided me guidance regarding placements due to which I was able to crack interviews of mutliple companies.

Hostel: The university has both boys and girls hostels at the campus. Every hostel has AC and non-AC rooms. However, AC is functional from 6 pm to 6 am only. This is major reason why students opt for rented accommodation nearby the campus. However, Amity University Patna hostels have all basic facilities for students.
