Dear student,

You can get admission to the MBBS course at the college if you meet the eligibility criteria for admission. These include passing class 12 or an equivalent examination with a minimum of 50% marks in a relevant stream. Apart from this, you will also be required to obtain a good score in the NEET UG exam. The final selection for the Acharya Shri Chander College of Medical Sciences admission to MBBS will be based on the Jammu and Kashmir NEET Counselling.

Hope this helps!

Hello Sunyana,

For admission to the MBBS programme at Acharya Shri Chander College of Medical Sciences, the NEET UG marks are considered. You have to meet the cut off criteria to secure admission. For MD/ MS courses, NEET PG exam scores are considered for admission. For MBBS, the last year’s cut off was 475 in round 1 (GEN category). Therefore, with a mark of 510, you could get admission in the following rounds. For admission to the MD/ MS courses at Acharya Shri Chander College of Medical Sciences, a score of 89-352 was the NEET PG last year’s cut off. Therefore for PG courses a 510 mark will not be appropriate.

Hope this was useful. Please feel free to ask any further questions.
