About Behara College of Engineering and Technology
Vijaya (Behara) Welfare Educational Society, founded in 2010, is a public charitable society dedicated to providing quality education and healthcare. With 15 years of unwavering commitment to operating educational institutions and hospitals at excellence levels, the society has always concentrated on improving rural lives through accessible education. In 2024, it established Behara College of Engineering and Technology (BCET) as its flagship institution for providing high-quality technical education. With the inspirational leadership of Sri Behara Bhaskar Rao and Dr. Behara Vijaya Chaitanya, BCET works towards academic excellence. The institution is headed by Dr. Sridhar Patnaik, a dynamic principal with immense academic and administrative experience.
Behara College of Engineering and Technology (BCET) is established in 2024-25, AICTE-approved and affiliated to JNTU Gurajada, Vizianagaram. BCET provides full-time B.Tech courses in CSE, CSE (DS), ECE, EEE, and ME. Located over an area of 10 acres, BCET has contemporary infrastructure such as labs, workshops, seminar halls, large-sized classrooms, a cafeteria, and individual hostels for boys and girls.
