ANIL NEERUKONDA INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY AND SCIENCES (ANITS), was established in the Academic Year 2001-02 with the approval of the ALL INDIA COUNCIL FOR TECHNOLOGY EDUCATION (AICTE), New Delhi and the Government of Andhra Pradesh and is affiliated to ANDHRA UNIVERSITY(AU), Visakhapatnam.Vision:-ANITS envisions to emerge as a world-class technical institution whose products represent a good blend of technological excellence and the best of human values.
It constantly strives towards achieving high standards of teaching, training and development of human resources by encouraging its faculty and staff to work as a team and to update their knowledge and skills continually to match the needs of industry.The modern teaching methodology assists the students in getting an all around view of engineering, technology and the entrepreneur world. The diligent faculty team of the college possesses hands-on experience and up to date knowledge of their subject and area of expertise. The infrastructure and facilities of Anil Neerukonda Institute of Technology And Sciences consists of spread-out campus alongside various amenities in the form of library, computer center, classrooms with proper teaching and learning aids, medical facilities etc. The institute seeks to place each of its students in an organization/company of great repute.
Anil Neerukonda Institute of Technology & Sciences has established a separate Training & Placements Dept, headed by a full time Dean (Training & Placements) assisted by 7 faculty members as ‘Faculty Coordinators’ to maximize the opportunities for all the students in software as well as core sectors.
All the students are given Campus Recruitment Training on Quantitative Techniques, Logical Reasoning, Verbal Reasoning, English Grammar, Group Discussions, How to face an interview etc during their pre-final year. For this, they have full time in-house expert trainers on the above mentioned subjects.
They take critical feed back from the recruiters at the end of their recruitment process, collect performance of the alumni working with them; and implement them in the next training sessions for better performance. Hence, majority of the recruiters are repeated.
