The campus of Apex Polytechnic Institute is spread in a lush green campus in the RIICO Institutional Area, Sitapura, Jaipur. The college focuses on educating students beyond the classroom as they believe Outdoor Learning is as important as classrooms lectures. Students at API, Jaipur are encouraged to actively participate in Social Activities, summer camps, Internship Programs, etc. Outdoor Education helps students with developing confidence, competing skills, interpersonal skill, technical skills, and Leadership Quality. Apex Polytechnic Institute owns a Learning Resource Center which constitutes around 83000 Textbooks/ Reference Book including 300 international and national journals. Access to e-journals, online-video tutorials are provided to students including University papers,  CD-ROM Database, Faculty publications, DELNET resource sharing facility and other e-resources available online. Learning Resource Center provides a silent learning environment for students so that they can concentrate on their studies comfortably. The college campus is connected with a seamless high-speed Wi-Fi network which allows the students to connect from anywhere, anytime. The DELNET (Developing Library Network) facility allows the campus to issue a book on loan from another college which is not available at the college library.

Hostels at Apex Polytechnic Institute, Jaipur is provided with Good Health Services and necessary first aid facilities. Hostel rooms are allocated to the students first come-first serve basis. Well Furnished and Designed Single/double/triple sharing rooms are available at the hostel. High-Speed WiFi connection, Medical, nutritious vegetarian food, safe drinking water, Laundry, Round the clock water supply and many other facilities are available at all Hostel Buildings.
