Saffrony Institute of Technology Campus Facilities - Hostel Fees, Infrastructure, Address

 The institute is located amidst beautiful, lush green, tranquil surroundings located in North Gujarat, about 40 Kms. from Ahmedabad and 14 Kms. from Mehsana, away from the hub and howl of city located right on the Ahmedabad-Mehsana highway. The scenic beauty of the site spread across 30 acres of land,  enhances the ambience of the institute and adds serenity to the atmosphere. Airy, spacious, tidy, commodious and fascinating corridors encompass its visitors. The campus presents a picturesque look with well-tended lawns and carefully planted trees, hedges and creepers. Thus, an ideal atmosphere to develop aesthetics in students is created. Moreover the entire campus is WI-FI enabled.

The objective of establishing Hostels within the campus is to provide students “a Home away from Home”, wherein they can feel at ease and put in their best efforts for acquiring Attitude, Skill sets and Knowledge, towards life. The hostel environment certainly provides self-confidence, instils discipline in the minds of students and also provides scope for developing their ideas for harmonious and communal living without Nostalgia; these attributes enable them to share the joys of camaraderie, friendship and professional fraternity; senior students have been trained to be more responsible and thus set good examples for the juniors. Keeping these thoughts in mind at Saffrony, separate hostel facilities are provided for Boys and Girls in the college campus. It has high security and good discipline. The rooms are spacious, well maintained and comfortable. Each room is double-occupancy with separate bed and cup-boards for each occupant along with private bathroom.

SAEINDIA Saffrony Collegiate Club is the college club under SAEINDIA National Level organization and is one of the largest clubs of its kind with 50+ members from Mechanical and Automobile engineering departments of our college. The student members of SAEINDIA can avail the benefits of SAEINDIA as well as take part in a lot of SAEINDIA activities like SAEINDIA Baja, SAEINDIA Effi-cycle, SAEINDIA Supra and a lot more. The club organizes various seminars (competition orientation programs), workshops (Engine Assembly and Dis-assembly, Automotive Mechanics and IC Engines), industrial visits (BRTS Workshop, ST Workshop) which are related to automotive field and they enhance the concepts of sound engineering.

Robocon, short form for Robotic Contest, is an interesting game-cum-intellectual exercise for budding engineers and their enthusiastic instructors, determined to innovate and create machines for producing desired results held at National and International Levels. Participation in this activity is an end-to-end competitive experience from concept design of a system of robots programmed to perform according to rules of the game played on a high precision technical Contest Area and to score a victory beating the competitors; all this according to a theme declared by the Host Body.

In our institute, students are motivated and nurtured throughout the year under Robocon Club to get prepared to participate in such respected events. Team Pioneer of Saffrony has represented Saffrony at such Robotic Events.

A group of our young Computer/IT Engineers engrossed in creative problem solving for hours together through collaborative computer programming. These Saffronites have not only participated in the WORLD’s BIGGEST HACKATHON organised by AICTE but also were shortlisted among 15000 entries nationwide. Enhancing their bundle of knowledge they are all set to use their skills for solving various real life problems.

Aero Modeling is the branch of technology that deals with the design, construction, operation, manufacturing and application of aircrafts. Mechanical Department has established the club on February 2015. Aero-Design Club will also try to provide the platform to students so that they can participate in Tech-Fests of various different organizations.
