The Institute is established at Hyderabad in an area of 350 acres surrounding valleys and greenery. VITS is well equipped with modern facilities like computer and internet facilities. The laboratories are also equipped with all requirement for the usage of students. The buildings of the institute are aesthetically designed which creates an attractive environment to the students to refresh their knowledge and to improve it. The institute even is proud of the alumni network it maintains with the passed out students. The library of the institute was built in a wide area about 1670 sq. meters. The library is fully air-conditioned and has been constructed to meet international standards. The library consists of many books on many subjects and topics both technical and non-technical concepts. The library comprises about 32949 volumes of books and has subscriptions to many national and international journals. The institute also provides clean and hygienic hostel facilities to both boys and girls. The college also offers excellent transportation facilities to the students in and around the city. The Institute even offers the students the chance to showcase their talent by organising many sports meets and encourages them to maintain their physical fitness and strength.

The College has campus attached spacious hostel which provides pleasant stay at affordable fee. It is Managed by the college management on no loss no gain principle. The Hostel serve Delicious and Nutritious food under the best hygienic conditions and in a spacious Dining Hall. The menu is decided by the students’ committee. The menu changes every week as per their interests. Rooms are Well ventilate & spacious with executive study table, lockable cupboards for each student and attached toilets. The hostel is enabled with Digital library facility till late nights. It also has Wi-Fi facility and Internet connectivity. The hostel inmates have Exclusive computer Lab facility, Common room with a facility of indoor games and Cricket Ground, Volleyball Ground for outdoor games. They also have Activity room for recreation and talent exhibition. Like Literary, Art, Technical club facilities. Drinking water is Mineral water with water coolers. Students have Hot water facility with Solar system. The hostel endow with 24 hrs health care centre with basic first aid facility and emergency vehicle. Students are monitored by Separate wardens for both boys and girls. The hostel engage Special classes for slow learners with the help of residential faculty. Students are members in various clubs to monitor the well functioning of the hostel. Hostel day celebrations: The students celebrate hostel day every year on 28th December amidst of joyful events and colorful ambience.

National Service Scheme, under the Ministry of Youth Affairs & Sports Govt. of India, popularly known as NSS was launched in Gandhiji's Birth Centenary Year 1969, in 37 Universities involving 40,000 students with primary focus on the development of personality of students through community service. Today, NSS has more than 3.2 million student volunteers on its roll spread over 298 Universities and 42 (+2) Senior Secondary Councils and Directorate of Vocational Education all over the country. From its inception, more than 3.75 cores students from Universities, Colleges and Institutions of higher learning have benefited from The NSS activities, as student volunteers.

The college is having its women cell functioning in formal sense since 2012-13. The cell has been established in order to protect the women staff and students associated with the college from any sorts of injustice or sexual harassment of any nature directly and indirectly.

The EN3 club was formed on 02/Apr/2013 and is an open club for everyone to be a part of the club (irrespective of branch). The main objective of club is to create a platform for sharing the ideas in concepts of coding and make student to develop their coding skills. The club enhances the interest in the areas of Animation and creative thinking. It also helps to create an interactive environment with the outside industry.
