    MAH MBA CET Cutoff 2023 for JBIMS: Check Category-wise Expected and Previous Year Cutoff

    The highest MAH MBA CET Cutoff 2023 for JBIMS last year was 99.97% while the obtained score for the second MAH MBA CET round was 99.95%. Following a normalization process, MAH MBA CET publishes a cutoff with merit lists for two separate categories, including the Maharashtra State (MH) category and the All India (AI) category.

    Upon the completion of MAH MBA CET 2023 counselling process, Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai, will announce the cutoff. The JBIMS Mumbai cutoff is the minimum score necessary for applicants to enrol in MMS programmes offered by the institute.

    Candidates who want to be considered for admission in the all-India category based on their CAT and CMAT scores must also take the MAH-CET and participate in the DTE Maharashtra's CAP process. Moreover, JBIMS provides a PhD programme, a part-time MMS programme, a Masters in Finance (M.Sc. Finance), and a 2-year full-time Master in Human Resource Development (MHRD) programme. The institute offers a part-time MMS course for 3 years to individuals who are unable to enroll in a 2-year MMS programme.

    Factors Determining JBIMS Mumbai Cutoff 2023

    The results of the MAH MBA CET are analyzed by JBIMS Mumbai to create merit lists each year. For final selection, candidates must participate in the CAO conducted by the Maharashtra State CET Cell after the first shortlisting process. Based on the following criteria, JBIMS Mumbai determines its cutoff:

    • Number of candidates appearing for JBIMS Mumbai

    • Availability of seats

    JBIMS Mumbai Admission 2023: Eligibility Criteria

    DTE Maharashtra administers the admission process at JBIMS Mumbai. The eligibility criteria for admission to MBA/MMS programmes offered by JBIMS Mumbai are as follows:

    • Candidates must have obtained a Bachelor’s degree from any of the Universities recognized by University Grants Commission or Association of Indian Universities. The Bachelor’s degree programme must be completed in any discipline over a duration of 3 years. It is mandatory for the candidates to obtain a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate or equivalent. Backward class category candidates and Persons with Disability belonging to Maharashtra State only must score at least 45% or its equivalent.

    • Candidates who have appeared for the final year examination of their Bachelor’s degree programme in any discipline at any of the Universities recognized by the University Grants Commission or the Association of Indian Universities are also eligible to apply to JBIMS Mumbai.

    There are two ways to secure admissions at JBIMS Mumbai:

    • For Maharashtra State(MS) Candidates: MAH MBA CET exam  + All India Quota
    • For Other than Maharashtra State(OMS) Candidates: All India Quota through MAH MBA CET/CAT/CMAT.

      The Innovation and Entrepreneurship Section in CMAT 2023 has the following features:

      • NTA has added a fifth section in the CMAT exam on Innovation and Entrepreneurship as an optional section in 2021 with an additional time limit of 30 minutes.
      • In 2022, it was made a compulsory section in CMAT 2023.
      • There will be 20 questions in the CMAT Innovation and Entrepreneurship segment, each carrying 4 marks. With each incorrect response, 1 mark will be deducted.
      • Questions in the NTA CMAT Innovation and Entrepreneurship part 2023 cover a variety of subjects, including Business and Economy, the most recent who's who, and comprehension passages.
      • There are 100 total questions in CMAT 2023, including 20 MCQs in each of the five parts.
