While Group Discussions are rare, some colleges do conduct them but Personal Interviews are far more common. Colleges release the Merit List and the Waitlist simultaneously on their website. If any candidate on the Merit List gives up their seat or fails to take admission before the deadline, it becomes available for a Waitlisted candidate.
