IPMAT or IPM Aptitude Test will be conducted by IIM Rohtak on May 20, 2023 from 9 am in computer-based test mode. The exam will be held for 120 minutes. Test takers will be provided with admission to IPMAT 2023 based on scores in the test and Personal Interview (PI). The question paper will be comprised of a total of 50 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) and 10 Short Answer-Type Questions. Aspirants failing to appear in either the IPMAT test or PI round will not be considered for the selection process.

Pay Attention to Sectional Time Limit
IIM Rohtak has introduced the sectional limit in IPMAT 2023. Test takers are required to complete all three sections within the stipulated time of 40 minutes. The IPMAT test will examine the aspirant’s Logical Reasoning, Aptitude, and English Proficiency. Also, attempt the questions carefully as each incorrect question will deduct 1 mark.
Selection of Questions
The candidates can't attempt all the questions in IPMAT 2023 owing to negative markings. Moreover, the question paper is expected to be slightly difficult. Hence, it is essential to attempt the questions wisely. Try attempting the section you have a good command of. For example- If the candidate is good at vocabulary then try finishing the section and take another section to which you can give more time, it increases the confidence level for completing the other set of questions.
Take Calculated Risk
Candidates must be aware of their strengths and weaknesses while attempting the question paper. It is advised to not make rough estimates or wild guesses. In the Quantitative ability section, it is a little easier to guess than in the verbal ability section. Therefore, it is essential to take the calculated risk because there can be times you might not get any particular soluti
